The Next Right Step

This last week I had a week away. Early in the week I went to the Purpose Driven Network Summit. This was gathering of about 500 pastors, many of them from outside the U.S. It was also a great time to pause, celebrate what God has done at Timberlake, and consider what are some of our next steps.

I know two of the areas God is calling us to focus on in the near future are Connection and Spiritual Growth. During the Summer there are going to be a variety of ways to connect through activity groups, ministry and events. In the worship services we are going to have several series that are going to look at: How can I grow spiritually, without getting weird. I hope it is informative, inspiriting and fun.

We also will be providing tools such as our E-Devotional and a new E-Discipleship program that will roll out later this summer. You can check these out online.

This next week I am starting a new series called, Trusting God When You Can’t. As always, when we start a new series it is an especially good time to bring a friend. See you this weekend.
