My Coffee Maker Broke

Here is the question. Is this a sign from God…

1. I need to buy a nicer coffee maker
2. I should just let my friends at Peets/Starbucks/Tully’s make it from me.
3. I should just wait until I get to work and drink the coffee there
4. I should give up coffee.
5. That I drink too much coffee.
6. That I think too much about coffee.
7. That I should stop looking to coffee for signs from God.

Buy one of those old-school perculators! Seriously, those things are awesome! I found a ‘like-new’ one at a garage sale last summer. Stainless steel baby! Yeah! As soon as I (once again) tasted that scalding-hot java, I had to wonder what ever posessed me to switch to that whimpy, barely hot drip coffee maker?!?
