One of the things that bugs me is when church becomes all about numbers for their own sake. Church is about God changing lives. That being said, it is pretty cool to see the fruit of people getting excited about what God is doing in their life – and that is more people attending services each week.
This was our last weekend of a single service. It was amazing, 1145 people showed up! Pretty cool considering some of you who can’t yet operate a Tivo were watching the 10:00 a.m. season opener of the Seahawks. Thanks to the many volunteers who invest to make Timberlake such a great place.

I got out to see our new pastor this Sunday and I have to say, it feels great to be excited about church again!

WOW!! That is so awesome! We knew when you left that God had BIG plans. I’m sure this quick growth spurt is only the tip of the iceberg. The people of Timberlake are so blessed. John says he’ll come up and build your new auditorium when your doing 8 services a weekend. :) John and Crystal
