Some Good Reads

This next week I will begin teaching a new class with Rockbridge Seminary – Building an Effective Team. The two books that are assigned as texts for this course are two of the best I have read. They are Leading the Team-Based Church by George Cladis and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. These are easy reads and incredibly helpful for anyone who wants to build healthy and effective teams.

That was a great class at Rockbridge and I enjoyed reading The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. As a student in two of your classes already, I would have enjoyed taking this class with you as the Prof. Dr. Sigman.
